Whenever I paid a visit to KL, will surely visit this park, because of the dogs around the park. heehee... So this is one of the restaurant I had tried ( Tried before in Publika, and love it). The food is nice, the price consider normal, then the environment is awesome, for me.

After procrastinating for more than one month, guess it's time for me to start my job hunt.
Well, seriously I not sure about what I want. I prefer research but why all those company would only want to accept senior scientist? Then who give us chance to become senior leh? I know I am not up to that level, but can try ma.
Received a few interviewers' email and call. But, is that what I want?
Haih...I hate to make decision lah.
Busy month. Busy job hunting. Busy CNY *lame excuses* . Busy preparing VIVA * opss I had forgotten about my work. haha*. Busy reading my examiners' background *ops, I shouldn't know it right?haha*
Shit la speaking in front of Professional people again. Butterfly remember please dont fly in my stomach ya. :)

How to Fried Ngaku/ Chiku
Doing nothing at home..so,learn how to fried ngaku/chiku..my favourite..
Step 1: Of cause is to get it and wash it.. I bought it at Rm2.88/kg
Step 2: Peel off the skin.. and remember to keep the stem *the hypermarket sold it cheaper with stem. but in fact, we need to keep the stem, why do people take it off? cause cheaper?*
Step 3: Soak it in salt water for 1-2h but I did it overnight.
After that, the fried ngaku is ready to be served.

Step 4: Take out from the fridge, let it dry and can start to slice it into the wok with heated oil. *Grab this photo online, this is how the 'knife' looks like*
After that, the fried ngaku is ready to be served.
