The Social @ Desa Parkcity

Whenever I paid a visit to KL, will surely visit this park, because of the dogs around the park. heehee... So this is one of the restaurant I had tried ( Tried before in Publika, and love it). The food is nice, the price consider normal, then the environment is awesome, for me.

How to Fried Ngaku/ Chiku

Doing nothing at home..so,learn how to fried ngaku/chiku..my favourite..
Step 1: Of cause is to get it and wash it.. I bought it at Rm2.88/kg

Step 2: Peel off the skin.. and remember to keep the stem *the hypermarket sold it cheaper with stem. but in fact, we need to keep the stem, why do people take it off? cause cheaper?*

Step 3: Soak it in salt water for 1-2h but I did it overnight.
Step 4: Take out from the fridge, let it dry and can start to slice it into the wok with heated oil. *Grab this photo online, this is how the 'knife' looks like*

After that, the fried ngaku is ready to be served.
